The Department of Neurosurgery is part of an encompassing organization under the auspices of the Roosevelt Hospital and the Continuum Health Partners, a major health care provider in New York City.

Our goal is to provide the highest level of care to our patients in the most innovative and compassionate way possible, learned from many years of experience.

Toward that goal, we offer state-of-the-art neurodiagnostic facilities, dedicated operating suites with a group of superb neuro-anesthesiologists, dedicated neuro-interventional suites, a 16-bed neurosurgical intensive care unit with round-the-clock coverage, and a separate neurological patient floor.

Dedicated nursing staff, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants work hand-in-hand with neurosurgeons to deliver this high level of patient care.
